one of the cards that started it all, this card was first painted on sabbatical in porto, portugal. it was the last original design from my break abroad, the one that made me finally say “let’s give this a try” to building a line of envelope paper sculptures. the first ones i gave away to friends and community i made while i was there, but this one i held on to.

each sculpture is one-of-a-kind, made from premium cardstock with metallic gold, red, yellow, and white acrylic paint. this run of sculptures is hand-painted, hand-folded, hand-cut, and signed by the artist, jarrett hill.
